These terms apply to your use of Birchwhistle and orders placed through the store. Updated November 7, 2026.
The seller and these terms
Birchwhistle is operated by Hangzhou Xi'an Technology Co., Ltd. Jia Bowen is identified as Owner. By using the store or ordering, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you are purchasing for another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.
Using the store
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must be legally able to make purchases or have appropriate permission. Keep any account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access for misuse in accordance with law.
Products, images and safe use
Read each product description and confirm compatibility with your own equipment before ordering. Images illustrate appearance and use; display colors can vary. Styling props are not included unless expressly listed. Illustrative imagery is not proof of measured performance or certification. Fishing tools and tackle can have sharp edges, small parts and entanglement hazards. Use responsibly, store securely, keep away from children and follow local fishing rules. No accessory guarantees a catch or replaces safe behavior near water.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are in USD. Taxes, shipping and available payment options appear at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request and is not a guarantee that every item can be supplied. We may contact you about a genuine price error, unavailable item, suspected fraud or other lawful reason requiring correction or cancellation. Where we cancel a paid order, the appropriate amount will be refunded. We will not substitute a materially different item without agreement.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains processing and transit estimates, destinations and charges. Our Return Policy describes the 30-day request window and refund process. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Nothing in these policies removes mandatory rights.
Content and third-party services
Our branding, original content and site presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Personal browsing does not grant a commercial copying license. Third-party links and services have their own terms. Shopify hosts the store; payment and delivery services may be provided by other companies. We are responsible for our obligations as seller and do not promise uninterrupted access to third-party systems.
Responsibility and privacy
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, incompatible equipment, unlawful activity or events beyond reasonable control. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes submitted to a competent court at the company's location, subject always to mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Contact customer care first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes and contact
