Shipping options

The free shipping threshold applies after discounts and before tax and shipping. Available services and final charges appear at checkout.

Processing and transit

Allow 5–10 business days for order processing before dispatch. Standard US transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. These periods are added together: the estimated standard order-to-delivery window is 15–25 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Expedited service does not include a guaranteed arrival date; contact us before ordering if timing is essential. Carrier, weather and customs delays can extend estimates.

Tracking your parcel

When tracking is available, shipping details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans may not appear immediately. Contact customer care with your order number if the tracking appears stalled or the estimated delivery window has passed.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your address before placing an order. Email us promptly for a change or cancellation. We will try to help while the order is being prepared, but cannot promise changes once dispatch arrangements have begun. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delay, return or additional delivery costs.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If a parcel is late or marked delivered but missing, check the delivery area and household first, then contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For damage or a wrong item, keep the packaging and send your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution under our Return Policy and applicable law.

Taxes and delivery restrictions

Applicable taxes and charges collected by the store appear at checkout. If a shipment attracts import duties or other charges not collected at checkout, these may be payable by the recipient where law permits. We do not promise duty-free delivery. If checkout does not offer a service to your address, contact us before ordering.
