Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. Prices and checkout charges are in USD.
What does delivery cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free from $50. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where available. Taxes and shipping are excluded from the threshold.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard US transit takes an estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 15–25 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Expedited delivery has no guaranteed arrival date.
Will an accessory fit my equipment?
Check the product page and compare the intended use with your setup. If dimensions or compatibility are not listed, ask us before purchasing. Product photographs and styling props are not a substitute for fit information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us promptly with your order number. We can try to help before dispatch arrangements begin, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has advanced.
How do returns work?
Request a return by email within 30 days after receipt. Personal preference return postage is paid by the customer, and the return address is in China. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return; bank posting takes additional time.
What if my parcel is damaged or missing?
Keep the packaging and email us your order number, a description and relevant photographs. If tracking says delivered, check the delivery area first. We will investigate and discuss an appropriate resolution.
Are these accessories for children?
Fishing tools can have sharp points, small parts and cords. Keep them away from children. Use safe handling practices and follow local fishing and water-safety rules.
